The Beginning: So what could be more cliche than a coffee shop blog?

Here's the story: My name is Anna. I have recently found a new passion in my life, coffee shops. I think it's the atmosphere. I just love the feel when you walk in, and the smells, and the people, the whole shabang. So lately me and my friends have decided to try out all the coffee shops in Denton, Tx. So i tell my sister, and the brilliant the English major, convinces me to start a blog, now there are a few things you need to know about me before you start reading because this may make or break the whole following ordeal. So here you go...

1. I'm not much of a writer/speaker/communicator. I really don't have a way with words. When I speak, I speak what's on my mind I don't care if it makes sense. That goes the same way with typing. And with an exception of this first blog I will not use proper punctuation because personally I hate capitalizing. And I like putting commas and periods where ever i want. I also like to make up my own words. This probably arose when my cousin Pamela taught me "G language" so thanks. Oh and I ramble.

2. I know a lot of people. Or I like to think I do. I am the daughter of Nanette and Benji. Sister of Monica "Nikki". Aunt of Chloe, yes it is my sister's dog, she has currently replaced me as favorite in the Sales household and I will get in trouble if I don't mention her. My mom is a child of 9, my dad a child of 8. And unlike normal people, I pretty much know every single one of my cousins and aunts and uncles on a personal level. And there's a lot of them so when a person comes up in this blog and in the intro I say they are my cousin I'm not lying. I consider a lot of people my friend. But the key players who will be coming with me on this journey are Alexandria Lauren Marcus "Alixe" and Lauren Nichole Eisenbeck "Nauren". I don't know why but I make up nicknames for everyone I know, and half the time they don't make sense.

Alixe's Intro: like me she's a fellow filipino, but she's a halfsie/byproduct, she's also white. She has awesome long brown hair and  is a country freak. If she could she would totally go to billy bob's every night. She is a  fellow Texas Woman's native. We met at orientation when we sat next to each other and I thought she had a cool yellow shirt on. One minute we were wondering who each others roommate for the weekend was, the next we realized it was each other. It was fate. She is also a Virgo just like me. (btdub I refuse to change my horoscope)

Nauren's Intro: total indie chick. blond curly hair who is a hippie at heart and not only listens to every type of music, but knows the lyrics to pretty much any song. she is a talented singer and is currently learning to play the ukulele. just another "t-dub" resident. She lives across the hall and we're members of Net 6! She motivates me to workout and we have currently decided to start boot camp. well see how that goes... We met because we had some floor event and she looked cool so I talked to her. Then we all went to On the Border for my birthday dinner. Awesome.

As you can tell my grammar is getting worse...

Now for me! Anna Marie Sales' Intro: I am a 5'1" aka short filipino. I am growing my hair out and it's getting pretty long because my whole childhood I had a bob and I looked like a little boy. I have a shopping fetish. And I feel like I am a jack of tricks master of none. Yeah I pretty much like to do a lot of things just not really that awesome at any of them. I am convinced i have OCD because a lot of little things bother me. I usually can't sleep if my room isn't clean. I have this insane fear that I'm going to get a papercut in my eye so when I walk by billboards i often have to close my eyes. I wish my life was as interesting as Gossip Girl or Glee. I just kind of tred through life, just waiting for special to happen...

Okay enough of the boring stuff let's talk coffee!

3. I really shouldn't drink coffee. After one cup my heart feels like it's about to come out of my throat and my hands shake incredibly as if I had Parkinson's Disease. Also I can't think straight. My mom is trying to wean me off caffeine and on to teas or something. However, has she forgotten that I am a college student? whatevsies.

So in this blog I will be hitting up all of the listed coffee shops in Denton with an exception of the overrated Starbucks. And once I complete Denton, here I come the rest of Texas! Yeah i'm pretentious, deal with it.

Are you ready for this?
